Where will my tour appear?
Your completed tour is published to your Google Business Profile and is accessible through Google Maps and Google Search. Anyone who finds your business listing can open and explore your virtual tour directly from Google.
How long does photography take?
Most locations can be photographed in one to three hours, depending on the size and layout of the space. Larger or more complex locations may take longer. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate before your appointment.
Should customers be present during the shoot?
We recommend scheduling your shoot before opening, after closing, or during a slower period when foot traffic is minimal. A clean, organized space with few or no customers present makes for the best tour. Your team doesn’t need to do anything special — we handle the setup and photography.
Do I have to pay every year?
No. Your tour is a one-time photography fee and it stays published on Google Maps regardless of whether you have an active TourCare membership. TourCare is an optional annual plan ($99/year) that includes an inspection and a $99 refresh credit — but it’s never required to keep your tour live.
Will my tour disappear if I cancel TourCare?
No. Your virtual tour remains published to Google Maps whether or not you maintain a TourCare membership. TourCare is a maintenance and refresh plan — canceling it does not remove your tour.
What if I remodel my business?
Natural State 360 can photograph the updated areas or create a new tour for your refreshed space. Active TourCare customers can apply their eligible $99 refresh credit toward a qualifying virtual-tour refresh during their membership year.
Can you guarantee my Google ranking will improve?
No. Natural State 360 does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. A virtual tour improves how your business is presented online — what customers do with that is up to them.
